Design reviewed for planned MF complex in Mesa

The Mesa Design Review Board recently discussed the look and landscaping for a 36-unit apartment complex to be developed north of Main Street and west of Alma School Road.

The Beverly Apartments are to be on 1.3 acres at 120 N. Beverly in Mesa.

The development will be adjacent to Beverly Park, Planner Evan Balmer said.

“There is an existing development on this site that the developer is looking to redevelop,” he said. “(I)t is a three-story, 36-unit development. The site plan shows the building kind of pushed to the south side of the site. Primary access is from Beverly on the north side of the site. On the south side of the site is an emergency access.”
