Eco-conscious apartments completed in Phoenix

Phoenix developer Habitat Metro has completed the next building in its Eco series, designed with sustainability as a main priority.

Eco Phoenix, also known as Eco PHX, is an urban infill Opportunity Zone project located in Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row Arts District, according to a news release shared with Multifamily Dive by its architect, Phoenix-based CCBG Architects. 

The five-story, 125,000-square-foot building, which began leasing in January, includes 70 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments.
