Chandler Council sets 2027 goals

A Chandler City Council strategic framework session, showed Council met almost all of its goals set in 2023 and established some nuanced objectives to be reached by early 2027.

The work session and a late-April, daylong retreat, both guided by city of Chandler communications director Matt Burdick, were where Council recapped the city’s 2023-25 strategic framework and finalized some ideas that will go into a written 2025-27 goal-focused document.

When discussion in the work session went into what will influence the work of the next two years, Mayor Kevin Hartke was ready with an addition.
