East Valley airport hub gets first hotel

Construction has started on the first hospitality development at the SkyBridge property near the Mesa Gateway Airport.

The developers of SkyBridge Arizona, a 363-acre international trade and logistics hub positioned adjacent to the airport, held a groundbreaking this week for the new dual-branded Wingate by Wyndham and Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham hotel being built at 6639 S. Sossaman Road in Mesa.
