FLORENCE – The Pinal County Regional Transportation Authority (PRTA), although still awaiting a ruling that its tax is legal, now has a contract with Pinal County which outlines the responsibilities of each party for the funding, design and construction of roads.
The Board of Supervisors approved the agreement Wednesday. The board delayed approving a separate agreement for reimbursing the county for the PRTA’s administrative costs until next week while a final figure is calculated.
