Glendale to vote on final approvals for FedEx-anchored industrial development

The Glendale City Council will vote Feb. 8 on final plat approvals for a  new 78-acre development at Camelback Road and 152nd Avenue.

St. Louis-based U.S. Capital Development wants to build Falcon Park 303 in Glendale.

The project encompasses four lots and the land was annexed by Glendale in April 2021, according to council documents.

The parcels are currently undeveloped.

“The applicant intends to develop the property with a FedEx Facility and Warehouse, an Industrial distribution and warehouse building, a gas station with a convenience store, and the remaining lot is undetermined”, according to council summary.
