Apartments proposed in Glendale

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Glendale Planning Commission will look at plans to develop a 120-unit apartment complex on a currently vacant property at 59th Avenue and Missouri Avenue.

H & M One Real Estate Holdings wants to build the apartment on an undeveloped parcel

The developer is asking for the 10-acre parcel to be rezoned from C-2 (General Commercial) to R-4 (Multiple Residence) to allow for the multifamily development.

The project will include two buildings and is named Sun Rise Luxury Apartments.

Soto Design Studio LLC is presenting the designs to the City of Glendale.

The planning board will consider the rezoning request at its March 24 meeting.
