Pinal County staff, in conjunction with Pinal Partnership, have developed the Pinal County Economic Development Asset Tool. This resource provides a convenient, comprehensive GIS mapping application for property owners/developers, site selectors, end users, real estate brokers, and the general public.
The tool allows users to view the assets that are important to their properties and/or future projects and includes layers such as roadways and transit access, railroad access, educational institutions, identified industrial parks, neighboring corporations and announced projects, electrical service areas, air quality areas, and zoning in unincorporated portions of the County.
The tool was developed by the County’s in-house GIS team, with input from the Pinal Partnership Economic Development Committee. The application is active now, and anyone interested in using the tool can access it by clicking the button below.
