VanTrust hires new face for key role

Derek Flottum, a veteran in real estate development, has been brought on as VanTrust Real Estate’s senior director of development for the Southwest region.

The Kansas City, Missouri-based firm has appointed Flottum to oversee existing industrial and office projects while helping expand its footprint in the Southwest, which covers the Phoenix, Tucson and Las Vegas markets, according to an announcement.
