For good reason, North Scottsdale has received plenty of attention over the last year.
The Parque, One Scottsdale, Optima McDowell Mountain and a proposed Axon live-work development are just a few of the apartment/condo complexes rushing the area north of Cactus Road.
But don’t forget the other end of the city.
South Scottsdale also has had some significant developments, including the Miller and McDowell Townhomes and Pickle and Pour Bar.
And now, at the southernmost tip of the city: Scottsdale Entrada.
This isn’t just an apartment complex, Santa Monica-based owners say.
