New luxury homes in North Scottsdale ready for purchase

52 luxury homes will be available for sale in North Scottsdale this September thanks to Camelot Homes.

Called The Edge at Joy Ranch in North Scottsdale, the 52-home community is located on 77.5 acres at the northeast corner of Lone Mountain Parkway and East Joy Ranch Road, according to a press release.

The homes are placed on 3/4+ acre lots and range in size from 3,400 to 5,000 square feet. There are four single level floor plans that include 3-5 bedrooms, 4.5-6.5 baths as well as options for game rooms, wine walls, 3-4 car garages and more.
