Environmental Health Issues Warning on Unauthorized Food Vendors in Pinal County

Pinal County would like to inform residents and visitors about an increase in unauthorized food vendors throughout the County.

Purchasing food items from these unauthorized vendors poses a high risk of serious foodborne illness due to unsanitary conditions and should be avoided.

Mobile vendors that have gone through the permitting process and have been approved by Pinal County Environmental Health must display a sticker, as shown below. Food vendors not displaying these stickers are prohibited from operating in Pinal County.

Pinal County Public Health is partnering with other agencies to address these

unauthorized food vendors and ensure the public’s safety.

If you have any questions or concerns or would like to report an unpermitted vendor, please contact Environmental Health at (520)866-6864.
