Greenlight set to break ground in Tempe

Arizona developer Greenlight Communities, with its partner Holualoa Companies, is set to break ground on its first Tempe community, Cabana Kyrene on March 20 at 9 a.m.

Cabana Kyrene will introduce 229 new rental homes, comprising 90 studio apartments, 93 one-bedroom units, and 46 two-bedroom units. These residences are thoughtfully designed to provide high-quality, attainably priced housing for Arizona’s workforce, a press release stated.

Patricia Watts, co-founder of Greenlight Communities, said in the release that expanding into Tempe is an exciting step for the attainable rental housing developer as it continues to address Arizona’s housing needs.
