APEX Motor Club is aiming to expand the facility to include a number of new amenities, according to a rezoning proposal approved by the Maricopa Planning and Zoning Commission this week.
During Monday’s meeting, the motor club proposed rezoning of nearby land to expand the facility.
The proposal includes a variety of new amenities and facilities for the club and its members. A helipad is one of the proposed additions, allowing members who have the means to avoid traffic through air travel.
A new clubhouse is part of the proposal as well, featuring a variety of amenities and proposed as another way for members to enjoy their time at the facility beyond the rental garages and the track itself.
