Possibly the state’s priciest condo being built here

Replay Destinations, a developer of upscale destination resort and residential communities, said its ultra-luxury $10.3 million penthouse at Summit by Olson Kundig, the final phase of Ascent at The Phoenician, may be Arizona’s priciest condominium.

The Summit Residences at Ascent are located at the base of Camelback Mountain and the firm Olson Kundig was enlisted to design the final phase of the private gated community. 

“Among its limited collection of signature penthouses, the crown jewel will be Penthouse 1301,” the developer said in a release.

Spanning over 6,200 square feet, the condo unit has  three bedrooms, a multi-media room and 3 1/12 baths, and retractable floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
