More than six months after breaking ground, the long-awaited Palomino Ranch development on Papago Road is moving ahead with fresh designs and new home details.
Builder Century Communities has submitted updated housing plans for two collections, featuring 10 single-family models, in the 634-home subdivision. The floorplans span from about 1,500 to 2,800 square feet, with one- and two-story options that include three to four bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms and two-car garages.
