PHOENIX — A new affordable rental community designed for families recently opened in south Phoenix, Maricopa County announced in a Thursday press release.
The community, Ascent on Broadway, offers 161 units with spaces that range from 450 to 1,048 square feet. They are reserved for households that have an income at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), which can be calculated online.
Already 140 of the offered units are being occupied on the 4.2-acre property located at 316 W. Broadway Road, which features a splash pad, centrally-located laundry room, picnic areas and outdoor fitness equipment.
