The next step of the $70 million renovation of the Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas Paradise Valley will include a hotel-within-a-hotel concept, as well as a highly regarded Japanese restaurant.
The property, which is located at 7200 N. Scottsdale Road in Paradise Valley and was formerly known as Scottsdale Plaza Resort but rebranded earlier this year as the Valley’s only Kimpton resort, already has renovated 260 of its guest rooms and added new meeting spaces and amenities, but in the final quarter of this year it will start showing off its second phases of updates under its new ownership and management.
