Pima County April housing permits strong but lagging overall

Pima CountySingle-family permit volume took a rather surprising bounce in April, with the various Pima County municipalities issuing 221 OKs for future new homes.

As Ginger Kneup from Sahuarita-based Bright Future Real Estate Research puts into perspective, that’s good news, but if you predict annual permit activity, you’ll still want to lower the bar for your forecasts.
