CopperWynd Resort and Club in Fountain Hills sells for $6.7M

The CopperWynd Resort and Club in Fountain Hills has been sold for $6.7 million, according to the Maricopa County Recorder’s office.

Although few details are available, records indicate that  Sun Tech Development LLC, an entity of Scottsdale-based Pinnacle Diversified LLC. has sold the property for $6.7 million to an unknown buyer.

The 32-room luxury resort at the northeast corner of Eagle Ridge and CopperWynd drives, (13225 Eagle Ridge Drive ) in Fountain Hills, offers a number of amenities including private balconies and gas-burning fireplaces.

The more than 14-acre resort also includes a 26,500 square-foot clubhouse, health and fitness center, nine lighted tennis courts, two pools and a jacuzzi.
