Maricopa County property taxpayers recently received their annual property tax bills with a letter from County Treasurer Charles Hoskins, who encouraged taxpayers who might be upset about increases in their bills to take their complaints to the state Legislature and proponents of property tax reform.
Really, though, taxpayers should be thanking their legislators, business groups and tax reform leaders for enhancing Arizona’s tax competitiveness.
