The City of Scottsdale has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to enter into a ground lease and option agreement for the construction and operation of a public parking structure in the downtown area. The proposed parking garage would be located on city property south of Stetson Drive between Wells Fargo Avenue and Civic Center Plaza.

Proposers must present a complete proposal to finance, design, construct, operate, and maintain the parking structure on a long-term basis under a lease from city. There are no restrictions in the RFP or in the draft lease (included in the RFP) on the proposer’s ability to charge a fee for those parking in the structure.
