Tempe – DMB Associates Inc. is known for grand developments it has created in the Valley with the DC Ranch, Eastmark and Verrado communities, and the Scottsdale-based company is looking to add another masterpiece to its collection with a mixed-use project it is proposing in Tempe called Eastline Village. The site for the planned “urban village” is comprised of 13.56 acres in 27 parcels along the south side of Apache Boulevard and west of the Price Freeway (101 Loop). A venture formed by DMB Associates recently filed zoning applications on the land, which is located less than two miles southeast of Arizona State University.
