The City of Maricopa has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a qualified firm to develop 18 acres along State Route 347, adjacent to Copper Sky Recreational Center. As stated in the General Plan, “the vision is to transform the 18 acre property into a high quality mixed-use destination that compliments the Copper Sky Recreation Complex and delivers significant social and economic impact on the community”.

Registration ensures that users will receive updates and answers to questions received during the posting period.
