Casa Grande planners propose zoning code changes

Proposed changes to Casa Grande’s zoning ordinances were met with confusion and skepticism Monday night by the city council.

At a study session of the Casa Grande City Council, Planning and Development Director Paul Tice said his department was proposing changes to several business and industrial zones in the city. Changes would include increasing the maximum heights allowed in each zone and changing parking lot requirements to be more reflective of the businesses that are in the areas.
