The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board is scheduled to consider plans for three new industrial buildings at Power and Warner Roads.

The buildings total 330,500 square feet. The developer, Power 17 LLC (Kyle Bateman), is requesting a site plan approval.

The land is currently vacant.

Utah-based Power 17 also has plans for a water park and mixed-use project also on parcels at Power and Warner Roads.

The wider development plans have also been going through zoning approvals with the city of Mesa.

The industrial site plans will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Board at its meeting today.
