Another builder opens its doors in South Buckeye

South Buckeye

Belfiore Real Estate Consulting

During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent visit to its South Buckeye submarket, Scott Communities had opened for sale at Miller Park. Miller Park is located on the southwest corner of Southern and Miller Rd. This is a subdivision that Scott Communities had moth-balled during the down turn after it had sold 25 of the 96 lots. Four of the plans offered are 35’ wide and two are 40’ wide.  Base prices range from $165,900 – $194,900, and the homes range from 1,672 SF – 2,252 SF.

For months, Rose Law Group Reporter has been providing data showing the flourishing activity south of the I-10. In an October 8, 2013 article, Jordan Rose, President and Founder of Rose Law Group pc said “These markets are really hot because builders were able to acquire the land at reasonable prices to allow them to construct an affordable product.  If you visit the new subdivisions you see a modified product that shows even during the downturn builders were inventive, creating unique product that really looks good.”
