‘Business Journal’ reveals the top exclusive apartments across Phoenix

Alliance Residential Company’s Broadstone brand of apartment communities did well in the Phoenix Businesses Journal’s Exclusive Apartments list, taking two out of the top three spots when the list was published today.

The list was based on information from Yardi Matrix data provided by Pierce-Eislen (www.pi-ei.com), with the ranking coming from most-expensive rents charged for a one-bedroom apartment.

Broadstone Waterfront was No. 1 on the list, with a $1,976 monthly price tag for a one-bedroom apartment. The Moderne was second at $1,896 and Broadstone Lincoln was third at $1,821. All of the top three apartment complexes are in Scottsdale. Seven of the top 10 most-expensive communities are in Scottsdale, with two in Phoenix and one in Tempe.
