Two-story homes sought for 854 S. San Marcos Drive [update]

Changing five buildings for 20 townhomes from single-story basement homes to two-story homes for the Superstition Commons (formerly known as the Haystacks) will be discussed at the Tuesday night meeting of the Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission. The homes are on approximately 4.9 acres at 854 S. San Marcos Drive on the southwest corner of South San Marcos Drive and West Broadway Avenue, according to the meeting agenda.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. April 26 at the City Council Chambers, 300 E. Superstition Blvd.
