Maricopa considers upscale hotel options

With the wheels of economic development quickly turning in Maricopa, the city looks to add another amenity in the area — a hotel.

The idea stems from a hotel feasibility study that was just completed for the city by the company HVS Hotel Consulting and Valuation. The study analyzed the potential for a nationally branded, extended-stay hotel
