Costa Verde building 109 new homes in Maricopa

Costa Verde Homes, headquartered in Scottsdale, recently announced the opening of Oasis at Santa Rosa Springs. The new community, located in the town of Maricopa, near Casa Grande Hwy and Porter Road, will offer a total of 109 homesites. Homes sales have now begun with prices starting from $179,990.

There are four floor plans ranging from 1,586 to 2,507 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two to three baths and two and three car garages. Home buyers also have the opportunity to personalize floor plan designs to fit their needs with options such as a craft room, loft or nursery. The homes feature contemporary designs and are Energy Star rated. Energy saving features include tankless water heaters, programmable digital thermostats and 15 SEER high efficiency air conditioning and heating units.
