Scottsdale has always been about luxury. Later this month, Toll Brothers will reinforce that reputation with a new North Scottsdale community that promises to be the best in upscale living.
Nestled against the McDowell Mountains, the gated Boulder Ranch will offer sweeping views of the northeast Valley from 51 home sites spanning three-quarters of an acre to more than three acres.
