Pulte acquires P&E lots at Lazy K

MARANA, ARIZONA — Pulte Home Company, LLC purchased 92 lots and commons areas from LKB Hotel, LLC as the second phase of the Lazy K Bar Ranch for $3,359,564 or $36,517 per platted and engineered lot.

The Lazy K Bar ranch has a long and rich history as a southern Arizona dude ranch dating back to the 1930’s and its spectacular setting has provided the backdrop for several Hollywood films.
