Phoenix office developer launches industrial division

Phoenix developer George Oliver, known for office adaptive reuse projects including the Quad in south Scottsdale and Casa in Phoenix, is launching an industrial development partnership called G.O. Industrial.

Robert Guerena, who most recently served as senior vice president for Seefried Industrial Properties, was named G.O. Industrial’s managing partner, and will work with George Oliver’s partners Curt Kremer and Charles Jerkovich to create the platform to develop both speculative and build-to-suit opportunities. The company will focus on ground-up development and value-add acquisitions and management in high-growth markets in the western United States such as Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and core markets like California.
