Anderson Farms land change approved by Maricopa commission

MARICOPA — The planning and zoning commission got answers to the public’s questions and concerns during Mondays meeting about the Anderson Farms Road proposed master planned community.

This proposal, which went in front of the Maricopa Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing, would be located on the northeast corner of Anderson and Miller roads. It is undergoing a five-step process: general plan amendment, annexation, rezoning, pre-plat and final plat.
