‘Tech Center @ Ellsworth’ development planned in Mesa

A commercial center is planned north of Germann Road on the east side of Ellsworth Road in Mesa.

The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board recently voted unanimously in a consent agenda with other items to approve a preliminary plat for the Klusman-Legacy-Pecos Master Development on 10.58 acres. Absent from the meeting were Chair Jessica Sarkissian and board member Troy Peterson.

The property’s general plan designation allows employment and supportive commercial, Planner Cassidy Welch said during a study session before the Feb. 23 meeting.
