Activity heats up at mixed-use park near Falcon Field Airport

A thriving business park in Mesa is set to see more development sprout up in 2024.

The 330-acre Longbow Business Park & Golf Club near Falcon Field Airport is already home to uses including office, light industrial, retail, hotel and residential along with an 18-hole golf course. Mike Parker, an executive vice president with CBRE Group Inc., said several new industrial projects are expected to take form in 2024, led by California industrial developer CapRock Partners. CapRock is expected to deliver a 244,000-square-foot spec business park across two buildings in the first quarter of 2024.
