Extended-stay hotel drops Glendale project

A final showdown on an extended-stay hotel in the Arrowhead area of Glendale will not happen.

The Glendale City Council was scheduled to hear and vote on the stayAPT permit on the northwest corner of West Camino San Xavier and North 73rd Avenue during its Dec. 12 meeting.

Instead in late November, Phoenix-based Tiffany & Bosco P.A. dropped its appeal request of the Glendale Planning Commission’s unanimous recommendation to deny a conditional use permit.
