D.R. Horton expands at Sycamore Vista

TUCSON (Vail), AZ (April 23, 2024) — D.R. Horton is continuing its expansion at Sycamore Vista with the takedown of 25 SFR lots for $1.875 million ($75,000 per lot). This is the second takedown for an option for 57 lots at $1,750 a frontage foot that closed on March 29, 2024.

D.R. Horton finished the rolling 52-lot option agreement at Sycamore Vista in February and now has another 57 SFR of lots to build.

All lots are 70 feet wide and average 8,000 square feet.

The new phase of Sycamore Vista is at the base of the Santa Rita mountains and just three minutes from Sycamore Canyon Park. It is around the corner from Corona Foothills Middle School, Sycamore Elementary School and Copper Ridge Elementary School in the highly sought-after Vail School District.
