Zoning map amendment in play for site on Cattletrack Road

Scottsdale city staff is proposing a zoning map amendment of a 2.1-acre site at 5713 N. Cattletrack Road along the Arizona Canal as part of the consent agenda of the Scottsdale City Council meeting Friday, Dec. 2.

According to a city staff proposal, staff is proposing the council adopt an ordinance to allow for the amendment to change the lot from Single-family Residential District to Single-family Residential District, planned Residential District.

Additionally, staff wants the change to come with a Development Plan and amended development standards in order to allow for a four-lot subdivision.
