[OP-ED] Next governor must be a reformer

Arizona’s next governor must immediately focus on several issues, including border security, kick starting our economy, the budget, and education. The common theme that must run through all of them, however, is the need for true reform.

We need new ideas that aren’t tied to the federal government and, as governor, I intend to take a reform-minded approach to all of these issues. We don’t want Arizona to be dependent on the whims of Barack Obama and the federal government. We want to control our own destiny and take responsibility for our own outcomes.
