Residential home prices in Pinal County rose by about $11,000 in the second quarter of the year, compared to the same time period last year, according to the Pinal County Assessor’s Office.
Home values were also up by about $12,000 in that time frame. While prices are higher today than a year ago, they’re expected to remain flat, according to Michael Orr, director of the Center for Real Estate Theory and Practice at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
